Brandy Creek Community Development District

The amenity centers and common areas of Johns Creek are the responsibility of Brandy Creek Community Development District. (CDD)

If you have a question or concern regarding the amenity centers, fitness center, pools, courts, fields or any common area within Johns Creek, please contact our onsite property manager Josh Powers or our Program and Event Coordinator, Dana Boggs.

Josh and Dana provide Johns Creek residents with access cards, coordinates activities with the vendors including common area landscaping, lighting, fitness equipment, general property maintenance and assists Johns Creek homeowners with the facility rental for events. Please contact Dana for details on areas that can be rented.

Election of Supervisors

After the 2014 General Election cycle, all supervisors will be residents of Johns Creek (Brandy Creek CDD). Currently the Board of Supervisors is comprised of four residents and one non-resident who was elected through the last and final landowner election held in 2010. Election of Supervisors is governed by Florida Statues, Chapter 190. The St. Johns County Supervisor of Elections manages the election process. Candidates for office are required to be registered voters residing in Johns Creek.

During the qualifying period of June 16-20, 2014, three residents qualified with the Supervisor of Elections to become candidates for the three board vacancies. In the absence of other candidates, Supervisors Gary Williams (Seat 1) and Barbara Little (Seat 3) are unopposed and will be re-elected to their current seats. Former Supervisor Meredith Payne, who also is unopposed, will return to the Board to fill Seat 5. Oaths of office for their next term of office will be administered following the general election in November 2014.

The next election will be in 2016 for Seats 2 and 4.
