The amenity centers and common areas of Johns Creek are the responsibility of Brandy Creek Community Development District. (CDD)

If you have a question or concern regarding the amenity centers, fitness center, pools, courts, fields or any common area within Johns Creek, please contact Kathy Sargent.

Kathy provides Johns Creek residents with access cards, coordinates with the facilities manager for common areas such as landscaping, lighting, fitness equipment, general property maintenance. She also assists Johns Creek homeowners with the facility rental for events. Please contact Kathy for details on areas that can be rented.
