Brandy Creek Community Development District

The amenity centers and common areas of Johns Creek are the responsibility of Brandy Creek Community Development District. (CDD)

If you have a question or concern regarding the amenity centers, fitness center, pools, courts, fields or any common area within Johns Creek, please contact our onsite property manager Josh Powers.

Josh provides Johns Creek residents with access cards, coordinates activities with the vendors including common area landscaping, lighting, fitness equipment, general property maintenance and assists Johns Creek homeowners with the facility rental for events. Please contact Josh for details on areas that can be rented.
