Get fit and have fun at the same time. Join our certified Aqua Fitness Instructor, Tracie Fero for a great workout using the resistance of the water to build muscles, increase endurance and get fit. This is great class for all ages.

Yoga practice for all levels where the focus is on safe alignment, breath awareness, muscle lengthening and stress relief.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometime called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga." this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

Use the resistance of the water to enhance your workout. Aqua Zumba combines the fun and fitness of Zumba with the low impact resistance of the water to give you a great workout for all skill levels. Wear your swimsuit. Bring your towel and a bottle of water.
